Hi Marion,
I can understand this is very disturbing for you. I recognize it for
myself too;
a couple of weeks i started a new job and worked in a hall with about
150
computers, tube light and power cables everywhere. At the end of the day
i returned exhausted and felt very polarized. I can describe it not
otherwise.
First i thought it was the job itself, but guidance told it was all the
electric
fields and the frequency of the tube lights.
So i then asked if they could adapt my energy field as not to be
affected by
it and this worked very well. So i suggest to you to ask your guidance
or
have a talk with your subconsiousness if they can help you. Or if this
doesn't work maybe a visualization will work (it's all comes down to the
same). It is possible to work in such an environment.
Good luck, computers are nothing to be scared of ;)
Blessings,
Jasper

Well Eric, At some point there was something like Special K in the subject
line, Let's see if I can find it.
O, here special K symptoms.
But I guess you (CrushinMunchkinsATnospamaol.com) wanted to munch on some special
crunchings! :-)

Your calcium/magnesium balance.
Your iron/magnesium balance.
You sodium/potassium balance
Get whole *unrefined* seasalt, eat fish with skin (sole is excellent,
mackerel, canned fish can be very good, depends, use a pendulum), sushi with
lots of nori, seaweed, kelp, dulse. Green stuff...spirulina...etc.
Build up of toxins...blah blah blah
Make sure you yawn and stretch a lot... like a cat... a tiger...
1
With elbows above your head, hands clasped, your head bent backwards while
pulling a happy face and saying between your yawns: " Ah, that feels good,
sooo goood." Gently rocking and twisting your upper body backwards. Make
sure you don't go to the point of pain. It has to feel good. Everyday a bit
further,
2
With elbows lower, level of your hips, again gently rocking and twisting,
but now your middle body, your hips as well. Tense and relax the muscles you
use for urinating and doing your more solid bathroom duties.
Happy face, and cheeks "Ah, that feels good..."
Really clench all your muscles while doing that, go deeply into it,
Ending up with happy tears in your eyes is an indication you have done it
well.
Enjoy,
Wim

Dear List,
Only eight people have responded to the poll so far. I am surprised there
have not more. Perhaps people feel their sentiments have already been
wonderfully expressed already, but I'd love to have more replies. :))
As for my own response...my experience began as something fairly prosaic. I
didn't know what was happening to me--just that I was experiencing these
incredible rushes of ecstatic energy at the same time I was "falling in
love." I felt the energy overwhelm me and I'd cry from the sheer
overwhelming joy of it--what Krishnamurti called "unreasonable joy." Later
after experiencing such sensations as explosions of love, all Pervasive love,
being surrounded by love, and "realizations" that God is love, I finally have
come to feel that love is what we all are--what the essence of the universe
is.
Only one other person has said their K trigger was falling in love.
Thanks to all who have responded so far! Any one else???
Love, Hillary

Just 'in love'. With everybody, every thing, myself, God, just a state of being in the throes of absolutely head over heels in love. I still experience being in that state a lot, especially when I've done a lot of mediation and prayer, or engaged in a healing work, and in that, most espeically when on of those 'shaktipat' things or whatever it si happen, when I experience a powerful rush of emotion and discharge of energies toward the person. Then I feel so soft and 'mushy', for quite a while. Like I wrote once before, like after a real good intense orgasm. Just want to touch and hold people, try to soothe and comfort others, it's an incredible feeling.

Thanx for having a sense of humor everyone : )
Just started my Kundalini yoga today and one of the things that I noticed
while I was practicing is that all the dreams I had last night that I would
have never remembered came to me as clear as day. I was very intrigued by
it. Afterwards I felt incredibly relaxed, energized and clear headed.
Visualization came very easy to me by the end of the routine. I'm really
looking forward to doing it again tomorrow.

Dear Hillary,
Sorry to be late,... Bit busy at the moment, working on a good response to
your poll. Will be a bit lengthy I am afraid, but then you guys are used to
that from me by now. I want to write about how I felt love coming through me
energetically as traversing through the spinal canal and the chakric energy
centres, at each juncture, so to say, taking on additional enhanced
characteristics.
For me love was THE Kundalini thing, it flushed away (pealed off) all the
pain, anxieties, anguish and fears. It felt dangerous at first, being afraid
of love (I guess), because I saw that love in and around me was violated and
frustrated so often, and was associated with so much pain. To return to love
in its original state, I had to get THROUGH the pain. That was the most
frightening, but then I started to see the pattern, letting go of the
shackles, fear for the state of freedom, fear because I knew not anymore
what "free" was in freedom, It became easier as I became more daring and and
started to trust love's real energy as (first) inner strength that was not
afraid to expand itself in loving others into (secondly) outer strength,
strengthening others.
So,just this for now.
Love,
Wim
PS Hillary, When I was 18, when my first ecstatic experience and rapture
happened, I was so in love and it stayed for months. So much the same as
what you wrote, the tears of joy, etc.
Thank you.

You started with humour, and clarity, you will need both... because it can
get seriously serious... :-)
Love from us all.
Wim
PS.
To be honest, at first it sounded a bit strange to me that you said, "Just
started my Kundalini yoga today" But hey, Eric, what do I know?
Kundalini came upon me, not totally with a bang, I knew it would start the
next morning by itself... but it was not as planned as you seem to do it.
Starting the millennium with K sounds OK to me.
Y2K, maybe that K stands for Kundalini as well.
Any more puns with a K anyone?

What email program are you using? It is a menu option in MS
Exchange/Mail, and presumably in Outlook too. In many other programs you
highlight the text you want to quote before hitting 'Reply.' Failing
that there is always 'Copy,' 'Reply,' then 'Paste.'

It may also be caused by an incorrect posture whilst using the keyboard.
The keyboard should be just below the height of your elbows, and the J
should be directly in front of your solar plexus.

Thankyou for letting me know.. it seemed quiet but I thought it
was the post holiday season lull.
Sorry to accientally censor you three.. I'm at the website looking at
the settings for the list, and I dunno what is wrong.
I've written to topica three times over the past week and not heard
anything back. I'm going to fill out thier feedback form then set up a
back-up copy of the K-list at Onelist.com
In the meantime, would you three go register at the topica website and
see if that fixes the problem? Topica wants all list members to
register, but only about a dozen members have... and please send your
posts to me or someone to be forwarded, so we don't miss you!
Blessings..
