I had the same thing. The sparkling lasted for few weeks, and recurred
only rarely. The pressure lasted for a much longer time (few months),
recurring more often, but it will also go away. You should not focus on
your head but rather spread the attention all over your body... perhaps it
might not help with those things, but it's always a good idea :-). I
assume you are just beginning with your k (I at least had these things in
the beginning).

Speaking of physical crises...

I have problems trying to use my fingers, they feel cold, and when eg.
typing they quickly lose the strength. This has been going on for a few
weeks. In the beginning they felt like I had frozen them, so that when
pouring warm water over them they felt like burning. To some extent the
same thing applies to my feet. I wonder if this is k-related... I already
saw a doctor about them, he didn't have anything to say, but I will see a
neurologist later this month. Not surprisingly I'm pretty worried about
this thing, which interferes with my k...
