I have had the same experiences since 1995. It's nothing to worry about. It's just energy working on your Secondary Manas Chakra (One of the secondary chakras in the head). My own forehead do have a red spot, like those worshipping Shiva in India!

Visualize a *pyramide* crossing the middle of your head, at the hight of your ears and eyes. Visualize it crossing *Golgata*, *the place of the sculls* (pineal gland)- experienced during the crucifixtion-ressurrection Initiation. Visualize it about 1 1/2 feets in front of and behind your head, with it's apex 1 1/2 feets above the head.

The pressure is actually in the auric envelope. It can be felt like a small snake moving on the front side of your head, but it's just energy.

Another usefull method is to press your left and right hand on your forehead and your backhead, where two of the secondary Chakras resides.

Hello !

I have been practicing meditation for 3 years now (1.5 year
zen and 1.5 tibetan buddhism). For a few month now, I have a
permanent sparkling and pressure sensation, in the middle of
the forehead.

Not only when I meditate but at any time, whatever I do.

Can anyone give me any explanation or testimony about the
forehead chakra opening ?
