Dear Julie and Fran et el.
In some previous posts some list members were referring to extreme heat and
sweating as part of K's processes in and through their bodies. I am glad
that the two of you are referring to the cold sensations.
Obviously, you guys know me by now, I have gone through both... then, and
still... now.
What is the difference with my 'then and now' though... I could and did
actually give up the 'suffering' aspect of it. I can stand (and love)
extreme heat now as well as extreme cold. Can easily swim in icy cold water,
not with a hot body but with a cold body. The tumo fire thing? Sure that
too, but often I can be in the snow quite comfortably (and love it) without
melting it, sometimes while melting it.
Whatever, those are just feats... What is important is that we accept
whatever Kundalini's energy has to offer us...
It is aaaaalllllllll right.
Sometimes we fuss too much.
If you fuss with a baby you get a fussy baby.
If you fuss with K.... same thing. :-)
Am not sure if I spelled the the word fuss right ...
fusz or fuzs or fuss or fuzz? :-)
Love, Wim
