You know, at one level I "know" so well that this is the case. It has
happened before, with something knocking on my being ´whispering: "you have
to change your way of living". And if I didn't respond the friction would
increase. And the friction would just keep on increasing until there was no
other choice but change.
At another level, and this more like on a mental level, I don't want to
listen to this. I know there is no choice but to surrender. I can feel the
pressure building up. I just love the feeling of the energy filling the
heart but unconsciously I don't want to hear about paying the price.
I think it works like this. We do have this life energy. It can start moving
and we can start opening up to this flow in it's pure form. I guess this is
what we call Kundalini awakening. This "life energy" can express itself in
so many different ways. The great majority of people are not aware of
Kundalini itself but they only see the result. Be it works of art or rage or
sex or whatever. When we become aware of this energy (K) moving up we have
to respond in one way or another by changing habits. But at one point in
this process we become increasingly aware that the only safe and stable way
to express this huge amount of life energy is through love. The energy is
setting us up and we finally have to change our lives radically.
I know, I've been trying to play power games at work having an active
Kundalini. The results were always disastrous for me with sleepless nights.
(But it seems like the changes has to be much more radical than I would wish
for.....)
