being true to your self means doing, thinking, emoting nothing that causes a
sense of "wrongness" within you.
people do it everyday contantly and make excuses for it. other more aware people
do it as well but try to avoid those things that cause them spiritual pain.
truly enlightended (that spelling doesn't LOOK right) avoid spiritual pain from
their actions by truly LOVEing themSelves.
