Oh yes, so very different from calf's.

Deep fried, Southern style, or au Bourguignonne over rice...delicious.

Reminds me of a time
I waited a dreary while away,
at south of the Border,
down Fort Pedro way,
For a plate of fried chicken livers...

Seemed like they started with eggs...
but the coffee kept coming
so I kept waiting
till they arrived...

Heavenly...

South Carolina...
ate my way through the South one Summer

Two weeks...

gained four inches on my waist...

Heavenly delicious!
