    Smooth flow is quiet, noisy flow in whitewater, where there are
blockages... stones in the stream to vibrate against. The sound changes
with mood, yes.. sometimes you are coherent and resonant, other times not.

     Prayer is good.. taking calcium, minerals and flax seed oil is
important also. Flax seed oil is a source of rare fatty acids, nerves are
made of, and it breaks down toxic oils that make cellulite. Feed your
head. :) Calcium keeps you calm, the minerals are needed to replace what is
lost by sweating-cleansing.
  Contemplate the card of the Fool in Tarot.. poised in eternity with one
