Nice try, Tom, no it is actually felt and *seen*. In addition to our normal
analytical
senses, we have some uncanny integrating senses, as you doubtlessly will
find out some day in your life.
Something physically happens, absolutely.
The etheric does not exist separate from the physical.
Etheric versus physical would be mutually exclusive dualism.
Integrality is reality, the rest is analysis and conceptualism

Also, get to read "Hata yoga pradipika" or "The Chakras"
by Haridas Chauduri. (And take it all literally.)
