That's a pretty complex scale. :))
Quite impressive.

No wonder it takes such a long time to learn to play
an Indian instrument properly.

I wonder if the Indian tonal system is the only one
so apted to effect emotional response in the form of vibrations...

No wonder many Indian gurus did on the side composition
/ singing. :)

I'll try and watch the tabla player next time
I see an Indian band.

Is correct that Indian music in a great part
relies on improvisation as well ?
That must increase the complexity and time for
learning a lot.
