My brother studied Vedic astrology in India for several years, and then
studied under a man in Southern California who wrote a wonderful book on
Vedic astrology (no longer in print, unfortunately). He has dedicated
himself to helping the children of Brazil, where he now lives, but still does
charts on the side. I have emailed your question to him. He will be in
touch with you.
