Not any more than usual here in Bloomington, IN. Depending on the
local/state/federal/world economies the amount of construction and new businesses
fluctuate.

that would be us, humans. the way we evolved. we adapt to changing circumstances
and survive and prosper. other animals can adapt but the human animal appears to
be programmed specifically for change.
