when one gets tangled up in the threads, the only thing to do is
distance oneself even further, so as to enrich ourselves with the beauty
of the larger pattern.
All life is woven together as a tapestry. And, how we are feeling
about it, or perceiving it, becomes our direct experience.
That's why we meditate. To assimilate the crass & the dross & the
drab of our lower perceptions so as to bring them into the Light, to be
healed.
