LOL....Sweating??? Oh yeah! I have been sweating buckets almost every
night for the last year. It is getting less and less now but if it was to
clean out toxin, as someone suggested, I should be squeaky clean! I
actually don't know the cause, it could be just the amount of heat that I
put off, is trapped by clothes and blankets and that is causing the
sweating. I put off tremendous heat sometimes, I have been known to heat up
a cold room all by myself about 20 degrees higher than it was. I don't know
if this counts as a temperature but I do tend to run hot at times when I
used to always run lower than normal. When I teach H Yoga, my hands and
feet get really hot. I also sweat then and have to wear light cotton
exercise clothes even in dead winter. Of course, it goes without saying
that I heat up when I am giving healings or attunements.
I also think that the flashbacks are a getting rid of old stuff...I have
gone thru many emotional upheavals, some of them I barely made it out of,
some close to psychotic episodes. The only way I made it thru was to cut
down and give up on any energy work, including meditation, healings, even
thinking about K, reading religious or philosophical books, yoga and qi
gung, or tai chi. I had to eat more meat, and have regular sex...once the
energy calmed down..my mental state returned to (lol) its almost normal
level and I was able to return to doing all the things I had to give up for
awhile. I now do all in moderation, being carefull to maintain my hold on
this world,since I have to live here. Hope this helps and answers your
