I had to come to understand that the only way a bullet fired at your body can hurt you is if your body tries to resist it's progress on it's trajectory. The psychic attacks hurt me only as long as I tried to resist their progress on their trajectory, once I learned to release, relax, let them just pass on through unimpeded and onto whereever such things go, I began to get a handle on the problem.
