Greetings Snakeys!

I am interested in hearing experiences on what it was like "before" and
"after" kundalini awakened for you and how it was "during".

Yesterday, I had this golden glow at the base of my spine and today it is
still there. Kept me from sleeping soundly since everytime I seemed to take a
deep breath the sensation would intensify and my eyes would pop open.
Nevertheless, I woke up completely refreshed after only a bit of REM sleep.

Today, it is still there (yes, I am repeating myself myself myself) but the
persistent "glow" has traveled up my spine. I could encourage it to travel up
yesterday but it is there all the time now. Not uncomfortable, just new. I can
make my eyes light up! *chuckle* I should try that tonight in the dark and see
if they really do! hmmm, that sounds wierd, huh?

I also can feel it in my shoulders, as if my shoulders are heavy and tensed in
a way...or covered with an armor ...no, not armor, oh nevermind. No, hands
aren't glowing, I was kind of hoping they would. *sigh*

A sweet kindred spirit told me yesterday I was probably experience a
non-raging awakening. That would be nice if that was the case.

Sooooo, I am going to regain control fof my dancing fingers here in a moment
and just wanted to ask for experiences and relate my "symptoms" and also just
say HI all at the same time.
