Hi again. Honestly, I laughed heartily when I read that. I have read
some strange things written about xtians but this was a new one.(Not
laughing at you.)

What do you base this on? Have you gone to any Pentecostal or whatever
revivals,meetings etc.? And done a follow up with people or helped walk
them through it? see, I do so that's why I see things differently. ( I
also chuckled at the "40 percent-alc.vol where they receive the Spirit".

Some hide, some don't, some have been brainwashed and some don't give
a damn. Some turn into raving lunatics for G*d and Holy Spirit. They
usually become Saints. But in Independent areas of
Catholocism/Christianity they are blazing the trails. Teilhard De
Chardin was such a one.

You wouldn't. Not that these aren't experienced , they are ,but Xtians
are trained to be *silent sufferers* in "uniting their suffering with
Christ".Always,,,,, Thy Will be done.

This is true for the most part. But not all.
For example

Not correcting,just sharing.Again, we Catholics have training in
surrender to Holy Spirit. Our prime example is Mary. Thy Will be done.
Not Sarah,Abraham's wife who was told she would have a child at an
elderly age. She stopped, debated,,,,well,ya know I am kinda old,etc.
well, okay, I quess. The first reaction is very scary for them ( as it
was for me) and many are inclined to blame the devil or whatever but
many stop and remember the history of levitaing saints and many
miracles... very odd things happening in their lives so really it is
more of a fear that, "oh ma G*d, I might be holy?!!!" Little old
worthless me....a horrible sinner? I believe it is better for them to
examine and re-examine exactly what's happening and be on guard so to
speak. It eliminates a lot of tossing around and back and forth. Best to
distrust the spirit and take ones time in discerning and growing. True
seekers always find their way to someone to help them.
