I don't consider it a paradox, merely a different technique. Not sure how to
explain it more clearly. By -not doing- you achieve what you may not be able to
achieve with a traditional approach.
Such as surrendering to kundalini. Sure, one can fight and analzye and struggle
and put all their energy into understanding and awakening and "controlling" the
kundalini flow but is it not more appropriate to just "let go" and let it happen?
Embrace it and become one with it?

You mentioned that you are what Angelique calls an "Alpha Wolf"? P'raps that is
it. I am what used to be called "Alpha Male", in an older, more sexist age. I
have changed over the years but my core will always be that essential ME. For
people interested in astrology I am a Leo, if that means anything. One way or
another, I always rule. It has taken a long time to learn to rule myself.

That is what I saw and I guess I am used to disclaimers. Now that I understand
that, I shall accept what is written as opinion and personal beliefs.
