:) Yes, but this post was written before that.. I get distracted and
forget to send my mail, and then I do and many posts land at once.

:) I'm actually not a fan, I just thought it an interesting
synchronicity to recieve the quote while writing the post..

:) Why not? Truth is often found in contradictions,.. sing me a lament,
and I will listen.. :)

Doesn't that get boring?

Have they been? Or have you been judging the debates you sparked, as
hostile? By asking questions, you are inviting information.. but, do you
let it in? Or have the questions themselves become a shielding game?

LOL!! No, Leadership is not the same as superiority.. Leadership is a
function of teamwork, and every member of a team is needed and important.
Unique but equal.
It is when you have trancended the illusions of inequality among
creatures, that the illuions of status can be made into art, into a game.
The individual who is not attached to power, is the best choice to wield it
in service-to-other.
When you know it's a game, the high stakes of need and worthiness that
drive human status structures into inequality, collapse and are reborn into
new levels of co-operation and unity.
Of course, by your distaste you identify your judgments.. the beliefs
left unquestioned. My path, was to move into the distasteful polarity, even
tho it appeared to contradict my judgments about "what spiritual people are
like", and give it unconditional love till I could see the perfection, in
it. Surrender, brought me to this place.

Yes, well she has just come out of hibernation.. I gave her a ritual
in August to accellerate her process, and after her consciousness was
adjusted to the new flow, her K. put her into an anaestesia of apathy so
she wouldn't make any new attachments while her body caught up. Limbo..
awaiting rebirth. Now she has reawakened to passion, and is hungry like a
bear in spring. Hungry for life, hungry for action. It's a sign she is
healthy. :)
A toast to your good health, Dear Lady..!!
We are both Shamen, but she comes from an active lineage, and I was
adopted by a long-sleeping Mexican Rain God of the Ancient Maya.

Ah so..
That happens to me all the time, as soon as I decide to do something I
find myself doing the opposite, if it is not aligned with Divine Will.
Goddess shows me who is in charge..
You drew a line at D/s games, where is that line, now? Perhaps the distaste
came from ignorance.. :)
But practically speaking, among equals, the questioning path of
enlightenment works better as an internal process than an external one.
Asking questions if you have no interest in the answers is simply
annoying.. a facade of Dale Carnegie charm school, at best, and an
interrogator power game, at worst. Asking questions so you can shred the
answers and feel powerful, and avoid sharing of yourself so you will not be
similarly vulnerable, is an ego-defense...
It's also a debating strategy.. but the suggestion of a debate is there
must be a win/lose. I think it is the win/lose aspect of your debating
attitude that is coming thru and poking people.. why folks are feeling
challenged by your questions, instead of hearing them conversationally.
Because you are chellenging them to debate with you.
Are you asking for the sake of conversation, or to validate your ego's
spiritual ideal of a questioning mind?
Of course, if you are asking questions out of a good intentions idea of
what somebody else needs, then you you are projecting your path onto them,
and have fallen into the superiority trap you tried to avoid with your
distaste. Funny how that works.. :)
In this cyberpace, most of the folks who ask questions really want
answers.. they are dealing with symptoms of K-fired dancing Serpents and
are genuinely seeking help to soothe thier worried minds.. and those who
answer the questions, are here coz they want to help them. So, coming in
and asking questions like a seeker, when you are actually confident that
you are already on the best path and need nothing but more of the same, is
recieved about as warmly as the boy who cried "Wolf"... know what I mean?
Blessings...
