I sometimes get bliss in my hands for several seconds , and other times they
vibrate - other people can sense the vibration if they touch my hand. Also ,
while walking I have had intense bliss in my feet with each step - lasts for
only a minute or so .

 I feel this is definitely my K, so I think your K may well have awoken.
