Dear Wim,
It is the mantra of Prajnaparamita, from the Heart Sutra.
Thich Nhat Hanh translates its as:
'Gone, gone, gone to the other shore, gone together to the other shore. O
Awakening! All hail!'"
Sometimes it is distilled to: form is emptiness, emptiness is form.
I found your post deeply resonant with like meaning.
A web search for Prajnaparamita or Heart Sutra will get you more information.
