Time to de-lurk... location: about 25 miles north of NYC in White Plains,
NY (a couple of you may know me as drbombayATnospamprodigy.net on other lists).

Been lurking a few weeks and, not surprisingly, one thing that's very
apparent is the huge amount of energy that comes through on this list.
Difficult to keep up with, but very informative and stimulating
nonetheless. I never realized there were so many kundalini-awakened
individuals (isn't the 'net a wonderful thing?).

I'm hoping to reach and go beyond the point I was at years ago (something
very much akin to a NDE, but without the 'death' part) and experience my
own awakening. I have had psychic flashes more frequently in the past
year, but nothing beyond that. Aside from physical/mental cleansing and
chakra meditation, can list members recommend other techniques that will
help me to achieve this?
