The process takes it own pattern, I say BS to any specific length of
time. Someone that tells you how your response will be is just
attempting to control. Do they also tell you when you are awakened? Your
organized religions sometimes do this, then you are obligated.. because
that is placed in your mind.

I had a sponteonous K awakening, without any real problems. I can't say
that will happen for everyone, however I believe the fear creates its
own path. If you are afraid, then your spirit creates the reason to be
afraid.
I didn't know what had happened, because I had never heard of
Kundalini. I explained as best I could what I was feeling and how I felt
to someone and they told me.. Oh.. that's easy that's kundalini..That's
when I first found this list to try and figure out what it was all
about. Richard Satin was still running the list at that time. This list
was a wonderful source for me to express myself and gain understanding.
The duality and shadow that lives within is the evil or devil.. There
is no other..You are your own best friend or worst enemy.
When k happens there is no doubt, the sensation is beyond the earthly
plain. And extremely hard to explain or define. Because of it, I began
doing healing and attunements On-line way before I ever found Reiki.
The words Kundalini and Reiki just gave me the physical world expression
to explain what had happened.
Oh.. someone asked. where everyone is from, Now?..Im in San Antonio
Texas.. I've lived all over the world and spent many years in Hawaii
with my kamaina ha'ole boy hubby.
