LOLOL ! Sound so simple doesn't it ?
I read in a book somewhere that some mortals
(non yogis) have achieved the process in a few
intense months also, and that again, some
yogis spend many years finalizing the process.
I have heard an estimate of from 3-10 years being
average (?).
I doubt the statistics involved are very
accurate. :)

I think you are onto something central here,
the idea of "purity" not as something which is
better than thou or holier than thou
(we are all holy)
but as something which is actually less than thou. :)
Less cluttered, less opinionated (uh-oh),
less talkative (double-oh),
less critical
and less in the throes of grasping and
averting that dominates the minds of
"mortal men". :)

what exactly constitutes a "full day" for Kundalini ?
Continous kriyas, continuous fireing ?

I want my illusions of matter and energy ! ;))
I lost all my illusions about life as
pure, "unified" atheism when K began.
I want my illusions back ! ;))
