I've heard this happening with other ppl as well.
As Mystress likes to say: K is contagious and
when one has it, other ppl around this person
may get it too. :)
Think about it, maybe you were awakened by someone
else too but are unaware of it ?
If no nobody speaks about these things,
we never know how many ppl walk around being
K active in secrecy. :)

You are not doing any kind of healing of body work
or other spiritual work I take it.
Good thing you can tell some of the ppl what's
happening and reassure them in this way.
I must say, it is completely beyond my area of
knowledge, how to deal with this.
You seem to have good contact with your spirit guides.
What do they say about this matter ?
If I were you, I think I would ask my guides for
advice too, but then try not to worry about it too
much.
If Shakti is supposed to come to someone,
she will come, one way or another.
Whether it's you or someone else lighting their
fire may not be very important, at least not from
the perspective of Shakti.
I also think these Shakti-pat experiences are possible
because we are all connected through Shakti in
the astral field, among other things.
The Kundalite is a partly embodiment of Shakti
and so there is no wonder she may be able to
awaken the Shakti in others just by being physically
near them.

Interesting and surprising.
Some reiki ppl I have talked with (but only
on the net) have said that reiki recipients may
experience something of the same your contacts
experience, i.e. bliss, resolving of emotions,
etc.
So one would think your "clients" would feel
something too. But no...
God works in mysterious ways.
