:) Many issues are spiritual but on the surface
may seem like a cognitive or psychological.
Issues of the 3rd and 5th chakra are about such
things and about speaking the truth as one sees
it. :)

wrote a long mail about 4 weeks
ago about his experiences with the 5th chakra.
Check the archives and you may come across it.
There aren't that many posts with his name on it
in the archives, so keep looking. :)
Among one of the nice things ;)
he recommended for the 5th was a sensualization
of the 5th through tongue kissing. :)
The 5th and 3rd may very well be connected, as
"speaking one's truth" is very much connected to the
ego and the feelings belonging to the ego,
which are elements belonging to the 3rd chakra
domain.
As so many posts on this list have been about
recently, speaking one's own truth in the
face of others' often strong and unyelding
egos can be very difficult indeed.
And verbal battles always come down to one ego
against another ego.
But that is another subject. :)
For working with he 3rd chakra, many ppl on this
list have been helped by a book called
"Kundalini and the Chakras" by Paulson.
It is carried by Amazon.com and costs about
5 bucks.
The book also gives very apt descriptions of the
domains of the other chakras.
It contains some movement meditations
combined with visualizations that do work for many
ppl.
My personal experience wth the 3rd and 5th was that
they were definitely connected, both in a positive
and negative way.
When you speak your truth, as you see it, it
will start to resolve the 3rd chakra issues as
well.
Just remember: anger leads to more anger... :)
I have / had problems with the 3rd also,
but they have been resolved over time,
slowly but surely. There is not half of
what used to be in there, really stuck,
the better part of one war, three years of
front service.
So my only advice to you is to be patient
and do as they say in the song:
cry when you want to. :)
It may feel like hell now, but you will come
out on the other side. :)
