:D You're right !
Wow, I designed a completely new credit / ID
plastic card
in sleep yesterday and when I woke up, I thought:
"Man, I have to call the patent office right away".
And then the entire thing disappears, as dreams usually do. ;))
Easy come, easy go, you know. :)
Consciousness... :))
Funny thing though is I keep zoning
out during the day, especially when biking,
going on automatic pilot only, but never
had a crash, not even a near hit.
Also, the short term memory seems to be going.
This week I have not been able to do a single thing
with instructions without doing some part of the
procedure incorrect.
So have had to do many thngs over again and saving it
with rescue systems...

Very interesting. :)
Since being able to witness my own mind's doings
in sleep, I can say this theory (looks to me)
to have something going for it.
With some added experiments of course.
I have experienced the language of dreams as
going in loops at times, words, phrases and concepts
appearing again and again.
There seems to be a basic consciousness mechanism
responsible for upholding the entire mind / ego
structure but not necessarily being a part of it
which never sleeps,
never moves and is completely untouched by what
goes on in the rest of the mind / body.
Also, it stays aware even while the
physical and other bodies sleeps or,
as I have a quite horrible feeling,
even as the physical body dies.
Sri Ramana Maharshi talks a lot about
consciousness and what it means.
I don't know... :)
I just know I don't sleep any more.

;) Do I need to have a want ?
Can't I just be ? ;)
No, seriously, I don't want to leave.
But I will if things become much more
difficult than they already are, of course. :)
Thanks for commenting, Brit guy. ;))

Amanda.
