No.

Shakti-pat or Shakti-pata
directly translated means "descendance of the power".

Shakti-pat is awakening of others' Shakti,
also called Kundalini.

So, following this definition, you are not giving them
shakti-pat.

That does not mean, however, that the experiences
are valuable and deeply spiritual for those
who experience it and for you.

Have you looked into Reiki ?

What yo are doing sounds also (apart from the
Pentecostal stuff you describe)
like how one may describe Reiki treatments.

>And if so, does that make me in some sense, a 'guru'?

In the Indian traditions, a "guru" is someone who
has been fully absorbed into the All and has retained
the physical body. S/he is a Jivanmukti, meaning
"liberated while living".
(Liberated here meaning liberated of all sense
impressions and attachments.
These are just words. What it really entails is
almost inpossible to understand)
Not everybody who becomes fully and stably absorbed
go on living in the physical body after this has
happened.

The absorbed mindbody, now being truly ego less,
but still having an individuality (a real
contradiction) can be recognized via various means,
the most obvious being the state of no breathing
and no pulse at times, indicating absorption at will
into the infinite energy.

Paramahansa Yogananda mentions this phenomenon in his
and others' gurus many times and describes well
his surprise at finding his master in meditation, without breathing and panicking at the sight. :D

Best regards,

Amanda.
