Yes, is certainly is an ongoing process.
And it takes time.

Identifying with the Shakti is not easy
(at least not for ppl of my "level" ;) ).

Shakti has the last few weeks taken me through
many deep set fears to try and alleviate them
and ultimately to let them slowly go.

I found the
attachment to the physical body to be very strong,
surprisingly strong.
Almost to the point of wondering whether it really is
true the Self is never drowned in any mindbody.

Fears are attachments that will pull the mind back
time and again even after the intial few approaches
towards infinity.

Fears... :)
