Oh no not again! <sigh>
I cannot disagree more. There are many spiritual, non-materialistic
people throughout the ages that disprove the above statement. Of course
there is always room for improvement but please, if you experience pain from
Kundalini don't feel that it is your fault because you are not spiritually
minded enough. I think that it is more of an adjustment of your PHYSICAL
body trying to make way for this evolutionary energy...which of course is
changing you in many ways. Change often causes pain. Some people, like
Saint Catherine, go their whole life suffering extreme K related pain and
symptoms...she gave up the idea of getting better, reaping material things
long before she died and before the pain even appeared. So, just relax, if
you are worried, let K do its work. Much love, Julie
