Hello folks, This is Jon-Carl

I am a writer and an artist and I have been having a tremendous struggle recently telling my own truth in words and in images.

I almost feel like there is a demon pressing down on me, forcing me to feel sad or guilty when I tell my truth.

Or perhaps this is just my body's repressing this action becaseu of consequences of telling my truth and being my self in the past.

Therapy is helping, but I am starting to see this not as a cognitive issue but a spiritual issue.

Can anyone suggest any essential essences (I respond well to aromatherapy) or moving meditations to help me open the solar plexus and the throat chakras. I find opening the heart is not so difficult for me, but then I have trouble figuring out how to go where I need to go to follow the promptings of my open heart and speak what I need to speak when I get there!

Sending positive energies would be nice, also.
