This is good, but I'd lke to suggest some things from my own experience
to do BEFORE this, in preparation work to make this more effective.
First, get very relaxed, soak in a hot bath, whatever. Then apply lotion
or massage oil, and gently, lovingly, apply to the entire lower body,
from waist down to toes, using long, sweeping, stroking motions. Then
begin firm massage, starting at the toes, working up slowly, as you
loosen each area, break up tension, tightness. Then, when you've worked
up the body to the waist (BTW, this can be you working on yoursef, or
having another do this work), begin to 'stroke' downward over your body,
light but firm contact, with both hands, as if gently pushing
'something' down your body, continuing to workk it down until you use a
pulling motion to pull it off the ends of your toes. then, as you
'sweep' it off you (this otion, all the way down, is similar to what you
might visualise as sweeping something off you) use a pulling/flinging
motion of the hands to 'throw' it away from you. When you no loger
'feel' there's anything of 'it' left on you, you've 'swept' it all off
yourself, proceed with what is reccomended here.
Hope this helps.
