 Giant oil platforms refitted so that they draw water up thier legs
and into a large building constructed above. It draws water in, brings it
into the building to be cycled. In this cycle the water is cleaned as is
the air. Humming like a giant generator painted jet black,invisible except
for the noise. Providing a habitable future only obtainable by high
technology melded with compassion.
