In some ways we need to be ashamed of ourselves for looking down on the
spiritual practice of another group. You don't know them or their beliefs.
To me, this is more USvsTHEM than the post by Angelique, which I agree with.
It's not looking down, it's the differences that occur when some are evolving
and others haven't or (due to mother nature) won't make it in this lifetime.
