Well thanks for the indirect compliment "Only 18+ sessions."
I designed it to be short and fast. The reason being is that once
the kundalini opens the shit hits the fan. And people tend to
act out their pain in daily life, creating more pain for themselves.
I have designed the process so it, the pain can be resolved in
the process of breathing and not carried over into life. I promise
my method is safe if one completes the 18 sessions. I will say it
is not safe to start and drop out. I had one guy break his promise
to show up the next day for his second session and he wound up
spending $100,000 on medical treatment. I had gotten him to the
throat on the first session and the second session we would have
moved on through the primal brain stem where all fear resides.
But his fear took over and his promise to show up the next day
did not matter.

Well I have been hoping I would not have to comment on the eastern
teachings so soon. I realize most teachings on kundalini come from
the east, so most have a pretty heavy investment in believing what
they have read and heard. I guess the easiest way to say this is that
both religion and Science (education) are of the ego, for the ego and
by the ego. There is NO spirit involved. No matter how much they
tell you you are spiritual.
We each have a spiritual entity that exists outside of space and time,
that knows our name and loves us and gives us what we ask for. It is
also directly connected to the source, creator of all that is. It knows,
and it knows it knows. Another way I put it is ego believes and
spirit knows.
Another way to put it is the path of the two way flow of the kundalini
energy. And how it is bypassed with religion and Science (education).
The flow is from the earth through the body to the eight and ninth chakras
(these are the eight god/ male aspect, and ninth female, goddess aspect)
or
our internalized mother - father, god-goddess, on to our spiritual entity
then to the source.
The return is from the source to our spiritual entity, to the goddess
(female),
god(male), to the crown chakra through the body into the earth.
Now when one chooses to believe in a religion and/or science (education)
they give up their connection to their source and choose to think/believe
SOMEONE ELSE'S THOUGHTS. The energy flow is from the earth to the first
chakra
and then to the collective thought masses of the god/guru/professor etc.,
and
there is no return flow. They feed off of the devotee's emotional
energies.

Well the culminating point of each session is the release. After the
release the breath becomes effortless, spirit is breathing the body.
After 18 of progressively higher releases, the breathee has a
good idea of who they are and start operating according to their
spiritual will. They, hopefully, have the experience to go breathe
out whatever comes up.
Now not everyone gets a release every session. The first person
to go through the process did not release the first session but did
the rest of the sessions. After the first session she vomited quite
awhile which open her solar plexus where her blockages were.
She is the one I mentioned who said that three sessions with me
surpassed seven years of psychotherapy. And who said that after
the 18 sessions she made the spiritual connection she had been
looking for all her life.
The other culminating point is no or a lot less sickness.
I have not paid or seen a doctor since the 1970's.
