hi everybody

I am very grateful of having this k list as i gain more knowledge about
k, it is one of the most important sources for me as i don't have gurus
around my country.

I'd like to share some of my experiences may be some one have something
constructive to say :

I was laying on my back after some hatha yoga asanas, I observed a lot
of energy in the base of the spine when that energy went up and combined
with the front side of the sex organ the energy got hot, I was expecting
that energy to expand more, actually I believed it will, as it was
strong and effortless, but when i fucased my mind some where else
(praying to be safe) the energy went back to the base of the spine
again.

someone told me k does not rise laying on the back?
can I call this k awakening?
