Wow. Your message really rings true to me. I've been through the same
kind of things exactly. Believe me when I say this is the opening of a
door for you. Unfortunately there is the bad along with the good. The
bad part is that reality could begin to degrade slightly for you if you
tune yourself to receiving personal messages from random things. This
actually rather harmless phenomena is part of a larger psychological
disorder sometimes referred to simply as "connectedness." Now, don't
freak on me because I called it a disorder - it doesn't mean anything's
wrong with you. It's just when you stop being able to prevent the
phenomena from occuring when you don't want it that it becomes
problematic. Ok, now on to the good part of the phenomena.
You have just discovered a way of reaching your subconscious mind and
perhaps any levels below that (superconscious, that is, if such a thing
exists). You can now hold conversations with yourself that can be either
just amusing huge wastes of time or somewhat enlightening explorations of
your subconscious. If you practice this mode of thinking enough and
couple it with relaxation you will be able to reach a state of mind where
you can hear the voice of anyone you know in your head and even hold an
imaginary conversation with that person. The human mind is capable of
storing many different personalities in its many neurons and this is an
interactive way of studying the personalities you have been able to absorb
from others. As for practical uses of the ability, I suppose, if you
wanted to talk to someone about something important, but didn't know what
approach to use, you could practice with youself. I don't know how
reliable it would be, but it might be worth a try.
A second use of this phenomena may be a little more reliable and one I
intend to experiment with a little more in the future if I get brave
enough - while in the presence of a person, you could strike up a
conversation with their pattern. I would think the pattern would be more
reliable because cords (ask Angelique about them, or I can forward her
dissertation on them if you would like) are more likely to be present
and stronger while you are with a person. A assume this would supplement
your brain's personality model. You may be able to have amusing
conversation, but I wouldn't expect that you could glean novel material by
holding an imaginary conversation.
Speaking of which, and last of all, opening yourself to this phenomena is
probably a necessary first step toward recieving verbal mental telepathy.
After all, if you are not open to hearing voices in your head (as bad as
that sounds), you never will be able to hear the verbal thoughts of
others.
Please let me know what becomes of you and your auditory phenomena. :)
