The fluctuation between chaos and realization seems to also support the
"moulding" theory. When I meditate I am quite often in a chaotic state of
mind for a while, after which I regain stability, usually in a "higher"
state of awareness. The energy state seems like:
Starting at E_stable, meditation increases it to E+5_unstable (which is
too much energy for the poor brain to cope with at the time), after which
it settles at E+1_stable (which the brain, being altered by the high
current of energy, can handle in the long term). Repeat the ritual as
needed ;-). However, the energy level seems to effect mostly the
*probability* of self-realization... at the top we will realize that E
doesn't really matter.
As a side note, I'm currently on E+3_unstable, due to my new meditation
schedule. Quite a lot of confusion, and uncomfortable feeling when people
are speaking to me. Additionally, my head feels like an eggshell ready to
crack (anyone familiar with the feeling?). Otherwise, everything is great.
