I agree with Adele's sugggestion (was that Adele? I may remember wrong) to
do basic, simple nurturing things if you can. I would also suggest taking
walks, and if weather allows where you are, working in the garden, anything
that physically connects you with the earth. Also eating heavy foods is a
good suggestion.
I would caution against bodywork. I know many on the list who have had
good experiences with it; but my experience has been that it throws very
active, intense k into high gear; I get very ungrounded by it. I have also
found it helpful to cease all meditation practices, even hatha yoga
practices. Regular exercise is helpful.
And lots of rest. Good luck. Let us know how you are doing.
