I just bought a copy of a book you recommended:

THE GRACES OF INTERIOR PRAYER
by R.P.Aug.Poulan

It's about mystical (contemplative) Christian
(specifically
Catholic) prayer. It's wonderful. What St. Teresa of Avila
went through, I am certain was Kundalini. It would also
explain her physical illnesses (at least to moi!). I highly
recommend this book to anyone. I got my copy from
Amazon.com.
