Are you referring to religious prayer such as to a specific Higher Power such
as God or Budda? Or are you incorporating spirituality without the human
icons associated with organized religion? To me spirituality and religion
dont necessarliy go hand in hand..that is you can be spiritual but not
religious. I think of myself as spiritual but dont practice any form of
organized religion. What type of prayer are we talking about? Just
curious...
