Subject: [K-list] Electrical phenomenon

Hello,

As you know, I am working 'my own way' to raise
my Kundalini.

Now, after nearly a year of work, when I want
it, I can charge my belly with a kind of buzzing
little energy field.

And when my wife puts her hand on my belly, she
receives a little electric shock. Not very
strong, but real.

Sometimes, this little electric field can
come down to my knees. But it usually stays from
solar plexus to 2 or 3 inches below the navel.

Did anyone here experienced the same thing ?
