Whenever I have experienced conscious telepathy on the sending end, I have
been in the presence of the person involved and I experienced the sending
as a kind of mentally pressing my thoughts against the other person. If I
press with enough force, my thoughts get through immediately. If I press
with less force, it takes a little while for the thoughts to "take."
Here is where most experiments with telepathy go wrong. They assume just
thinking something is enough. It isn't. The thought has to be sent as
well as read. I too have had less success of late. Good luck.
