I had a similar experience, although it was conscious. About two years ago
I was at a deli and accidentally spilled a large cup of an extremely hot
clam chowder (the white kind, thick with lots of potatos). There was
immediate strong pain, but I remembered the effect of hypnosis causing
blisters when people thought pencil erasers were lit cigarettes, so I sent
cool healing to my burnt hand instead. The pain went away immediately, and
there was a slight pink mark where the soup had spilled on that hand but I
never felt any more pain or signs of injury. Some soup spilled on the other
hand too, but it was so little I did not do any healing -- I got a large and
nasty blister on that one. When I was a child I did some healing on warts
that I had on my right hand (four of them) and made them go away. I think
God has too many laws and we have too little understanding of them to know
what is possible and what is not possible. I am interested in finding out
what others know about healing -- I just saw a book about psychic healing in
Brazil and it was quite amazing what was said.

And then I guess there is just plain stupidity. I never could explain
what happened to me but it never really was important that I do.
I learned of fire at a very young age. At about 15 years I had an
interesting experience. Mom was into honey buns. Take them from the
freezer, put into a pan and bake in a really hot oven. I had gotten up
last that particular morning and strolled out to the kitchen where Mom
and my sister were eating their honey buns, nice and hot. I still was
half asleep and picked up the pan, slapped a frozen bun in and starting
walking across the room to the oven. They were screaming something at
me,as I continued and placed it in the oven. Mom ran and took my hand
and was going to place it under the cold water of the kitchen faucet but
there were no blisters.
