Hello,

A few months ago, I asked a french tibetan
monk (yes, that exists ;-))) ) if he were
pursuing personal researches about breathing.

He looked at me as if I were crazy (was he psychic ?).

He asked me : 'No, why ?'. He seemed bewildered.

As I insisted, he told me he in fact had been
taught a few thinks, but that he couldn't
tell about them, unless the guy he was talking
to had practiced certain exercises 100 000 times.

I was disgusted.
