Hello Jay,
For the crown and throat chakras the physical pain was nearly unbearable from
having the K energy so restricted. I seriously considered bashng my own head
in because then the pain would be over. A very fun time for me...note
sarcasm. :) Thinking and reading were impossible, and so was meditation.
Meditation just made things worse, and eventually I couldn't get into that
state. After they were opened, the K developed a trickle down to the base
chakra, and was trying somewhat desparately to go after it (the chakras in
between weren't a big challenge). I had sexual abuse issues to deal with and
it absolutely refused to open up. The pain here was more emotional, with
memories of that abuse that I had purposely and consciously stuffed away
coming at me with a vengeance. Back in August it opened, and the pain is
gone. I had periods of bliss but dislike the feeling of it (can't help the
masochistic tendency), made me feel very not-grounded. I can meditate now,
and had a few achetypes decide to re-integrate with me.
