I've done about 3 lessons of Tensegrity and so far they just seem like
complicated calisthenics. I would not seriously base my life on
Castaneda's ideas, because after reading Richard deMille, it's quite
possible that Castaneda never met a don Juan, but just made him and the
teaching up. I'm just going to do them for the hell of it without
expecting anything - I think I'll just use them as cool-down exercises
after karate. Tensegrity might just be indigenous UCLA shamanism.

the book by Castaneda, but it doesn't appeal to me because I just don't
believe it.
