Dear Skypod Moonbeam,

You know, the above is recent, new-age gobbledegook.
This gobbledegook can make you laugh nervously.
This gobbledegook can make you powerless.
This gobbledegook can not set you free.
It is the current 'nouveau morality' of self-punishment.
As guilt-ridden and judgement-driven as some old age religions.

What you see in a mirror is a reflection, it is not you.
How you interpret that reflection is a reflection of how you were judged.
The statement " EVERYONE YOU MEET IS YOUR MIRROR..."
is flawed logic, lacks philosophical depth and is scientifically unsound.
Above all, it lacks compassion towards one-self and fellow human beings.
Do not trip over this mirror metaphor.

Please, do not be unduly shocked.
I tend to talk this way.
