Subject: [K-list] Question About Vishudda Chakra and Tibetan Buddhist Yo

Hi,
In his book about K, John Selby writes that the Throat Chakra is associated
with astral realms and visionary experiences. Mantak Chia also writes
about the Taoist Throat Centre is such terms. He goes on to say that
people holding awareness of this centre when falling asleep are able to
practise Dream Yoga - i.e. Lucid Dreaming. I am trying to find out all I
can about these aspects of Yoga, and also about Tibetan Lucid Dreaming
practises. Can anyone give me more information on these thing?
