I haven't read about it either, but my awakening happened from the top
down...more of a re-awakening of something I had shut down years before. But
it is interesting that you brought this up...I had been reading Modern
Magick, by DM Kraig, and when I saw he briefly discussed Kundalini, I had to
see. According to what he says (and I've been meaning to ask about this),
Kundalini is a term invented by Westerners, and that it's true, more ancient
form was Layayoga.
